Terms of Use
Effective date: September 5, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the Streakl mobile application and related website. Streakl is operated by Philipp Romisch.

Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Streakl, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Streakl.
If you download Streakl from the Apple App Store, Apple's applicable terms also apply, including the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you download Streakl from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Mandatory platform terms and consumer rights apply to the extent required by law.
The Streakl Service
Streakl is a personal habit and productivity application. It may provide tools for creating habits, setting goals and schedules, recording progress, tracking sessions, viewing statistics, receiving reminders, and exporting information. Features, supported devices, and availability may vary by platform, country, and app version.
Streakl is not a medical device, healthcare service, mental-health service, or emergency service. Its reminders, statistics, suggestions, and motivational content are general organisational information and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Streakl for emergencies or time-critical instructions.
Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 16 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use Streakl. If applicable law requires consent from a parent or guardian, you may use Streakl only after that consent has been provided.
Streakl requires a supported Google or Apple sign-in to create and maintain an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and linked sign-in account secure, for providing accurate information, and for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Your Content and Data
You may enter habit names, descriptions, goals, schedules, notes, progress, and other information into Streakl (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content.
You grant Streakl a limited right to process Your Content only as needed to provide, synchronize, secure, maintain, and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you enter and must have the right to use it. Do not enter unlawful content or confidential information belonging to another person without permission.
Streakl may store information locally on your device and synchronize it through the service. No storage system is guaranteed to be error-free or permanently available. Use the app's export feature to keep a copy of information that is important to you. Uninstalling the app, clearing local storage, losing access to your sign-in account, provider outages, account deletion, or necessary data migrations may affect access to your data.
Acceptable Use
You may use Streakl only for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- interfere with or disrupt Streakl, its security controls, or service infrastructure;
- attempt to access another user's account or data;
- bypass authentication, access, rate-limit, or app-integrity controls;
- use Streakl to distribute unlawful, abusive, harmful, or rights-infringing content; or
- reverse engineer or exploit Streakl except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Subscriptions and Payments
Streakl may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions or other paid features through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable app store. The available products, price, currency, billing period, taxes, eligibility requirements, and any free trial or introductory offer are the terms shown to you in the app and the applicable store checkout before you confirm a purchase. Availability may vary by country, platform, store account, and offer eligibility.
The applicable app store processes the payment and is responsible for the payment transaction under its terms. Streakl does not receive your full payment-card number. Streakl may receive transaction, purchase, and entitlement information needed to provide access, restore purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law.
Automatic renewal
Unless you cancel in accordance with the applicable store's rules, an auto-renewable subscription renews for the displayed billing period at the price then shown by the store. The store may notify you of renewal or price changes where required. A free trial or introductory offer, if shown and accepted, may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the offer period unless you cancel in time under the store's instructions.
Cancellation, refunds, and restore
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the subscription settings of the store that processed the purchase. Cancellation normally stops a future renewal; access may continue until the end of the already-paid period as the store indicates. Deleting Streakl, signing out, uninstalling the app, or deleting your Streakl account does not cancel a store subscription.
Refunds, withdrawal rights, billing disputes, and payment-method issues are handled under applicable law and the policies of the store that processed the transaction. Contact the store where its process is required, or contact us if you need reasonable assistance identifying the relevant purchase route. You may use any restore-purchases function made available in Streakl; restoration depends on the store account, platform records, and successful verification and does not itself create a refund or a second purchase.
Streakl may offer promotional, gifted, or other non-subscription access. Any applicable eligibility, duration, and claim conditions will be shown with the offer. Such access does not create a recurring charge unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
Notifications and Reminders
Notifications and reminders are optional conveniences. Delivery can be delayed, blocked, duplicated, or prevented by network conditions, operating-system settings, power-saving features, provider outages, or device configuration. You can manage reminders in Streakl and notification permission in your device settings. You are responsible for independently tracking anything safety-critical.
Intellectual Property
Streakl, including its app, website, design, software, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Philipp Romisch or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Streakl. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Streakl or its intellectual property.
Availability and Service Changes
We may update, maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue Streakl or individual features for security, compatibility, legal, operational, or product reasons. Some updates may be required to continue using cloud-connected features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, support for every device or operating-system version, or that every feature will remain available permanently.
Account Termination
You can stop using Streakl at any time. You can delete your account under Settings > Data controls > Delete account, or follow the account deletion instructions if you no longer have app access.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, a security risk, abuse, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will consider the seriousness of the issue and available remedies before acting.
Account deletion may be permanent and may not be reversible. It does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription, issue a refund, or erase store purchase history. Limited transaction, entitlement, support, legal, security, provider, or backup records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
Streakl is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that Streakl will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular personal goal.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, fraudulently concealed defects, expressly given guarantees, applicable product liability, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, for slight negligence our liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and to the typical foreseeable damage. An essential duty is one whose performance is necessary for proper performance of the agreement and on which users may ordinarily rely.
Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the information Streakl processes, your choices and rights, retention, export, and account deletion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Streakl, its features, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date when a new version is posted and provide additional notice or seek consent where required by applicable law. Your continued use of Streakl after an update means that the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to your mandatory rights.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law that would apply without this clause. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected. No exclusive venue is imposed on consumers where doing so would be unlawful.
